Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. Matt 5:19 (NKJV)
This verse is saying that we need to be careful that we are not false teachers, that we do not say the wrong things. Because it's sometimes very easy to make someone stumble, whether a person tries deliberately or not. But it's not just saying we need to be careful that we are not false teachers, it also says that if you teach lies, you will be called the least in the kingdom of heaven. It's the exact opposite of those who are trying to lead others to the truth. Those who do this will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
Am I doing my best to lead others to God and to His Word?
